A seductive accessory, the gothic choker

There is nothing more seductive than a romantic Victorian lace choker to highlight a neckline highlighted by a black velvet bustier. Gothic women understood this and brought this accessory back into fashion in the 1990s in the United States, where it was given the name of choker.
