The following terms and conditions of sale are governed by Spanish law and are applicable to any purchase made through the online store www.antredesyria.com , the validation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, the recognition of having read them and renounce to rely on its own conditions of purchase. These terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time, in which case the applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of purchase.
AVAILABILITY AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PROPOSED PROPERTIES
The products and services offered are those appearing on the site www.antredesyria.com and are offered within the limits of available stocks.
Each product is accompanied by a description as well as a deadline when it is a question of articles on order. Please note that all the delivery times appearing on the shop are in working days, excluding weekends, holidays and holidays. The photographs of the products offered are as accurate as possible, however it is possible that the photographic representation does not correspond exactly to the article, especially with regard to color and appearance.
In the case where a product would be in the impossibility to be delivered or manufactured the buyer will be contacted by email to opt for another product, credit note or refund.
The products offered on the website www.antredesyria.com offer the legal guarantee established by the legislation in force 1/2007 of 16 November.
In order to place an order the buyer must obligatorily :
- add the items in his basket
- create a customer account or login
- choose a delivery method
- confirm order
- make a payment
An order confirmation will then be sent by e-mail to the buyer. All the data provided and the order confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction, signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. In the case of missing or inaccurate data Alliance Mintaka cannot be held responsible for the non-respect of its commitments.
Once the order has been registered by our services no cancellation is possible, the articles being in preparation or manufacture especially for the buyer.
The selling prices of the products offered on www.antredesyria.com are indicated in Euros and can be modified at any time, the price applied will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.
The prices include the vat in force at the date of purchase according to the Spanish tax system, any variation in the country's vat rate will be applicable on the price of the product.
Product prices do not include delivery costs.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The buyer has the possibility to choose one of the following payment methods:
- One-time payment by credit card
- Payment by credit card in two, three, four times
These types of payments are made through a secure online payment system with 3D secure system. The buyer receives a call or sms from his bank with a code to validate his online payment.
The payments in once are debited at the time of purchase, for the payments in several times, they are without additional charges and the dates of the various monthly payments will be indicated at the time of purchase. It is possible to benefit from a payment in two or three installments from 100 euros of purchase and in four installments from 200 euros of purchase. In the event of unpaid payments, no cancellation of the order will be accepted and the remaining monthly instalments will be cancelled. The total amount requested for collection will be equal to the total amount still due by the buyer with penalties and collection costs in addition if necessary.

Payments by cheque or bank transfer must be made in euros. The order will be validated and processed upon receipt of payment.
In order to fight against online fraud Alliance Mintaka reserves the right to ask the buyer for proof of address and identity for any order placed on www.antredesyria.com. There or orders will be blocked until the requested documents are obtained.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the buyer and by the method of his choice. Transport costs are fixed and depend on the country of destination and the total amount of the purchase. They are offered for delivery in metropolitan France and Belgium from 75 euros purchase via Mondial Relais Mon commerçant.
For any return of undelivered parcel due to unknown recipient, incomplete address or unclaimed the costs of a second shipment of the package will be borne by the buyer always depending on the country of destination. In case of a request for refund or to have the shipping costs incurred will be deducted.
In case of damage during transport, the justified protest must be made to the carrier and Alliance Mintaka within 48 hours of delivery. After this period no claim will be taken into account.
Shipments are made via carrier La Poste So Colissimo or Mondial Relay according to the choice of the buyer; the latter having a tracking system, no claim will be accepted when the carrier La Poste or Mondial Relay will indicate that the package is delivered.
The delivery time of an order varies between 2 and 10 working days depending on the method of transport chosen and the destination, time from the date of shipment of the purchase.
In the case of an order of several items including items in stock and items on order, the entire order will be shipped at once, either upon receipt of the item on order. If you wish to receive these items independently, then you have to make a purchase with the stock items and a second purchase with the order items.
The delivery times of the articles are only indicative because they depend then on the various manufacturers; if these exceed of thirty days the time indicated for the article the sale contract could be cancelled and the purchaser refunded.
RETURN / EXCHANGE
For any return of goods (shoes, original packaging, accessories ...) it is imperative that they are returned intact. Items no longer in their original packaging, without labels, incomplete, soiled or damaged no exchange or credit note will be granted and the item will be returned at the expense of the buyer. The shoes must have been tried on indoors and the soles must not be marked or soiled. The packaging boxes must not be taped and must be protected during the return. Any return not respecting these conditions and making the items unsuitable for sale will be refused.
Please note that items are exchanged within the limits of available stocks.

Returns sent back to another address will be systematically refused.
Refunds will be made within fourteen days of receipt of the article and will be made by the same method of payment as that used for purchase.
For all products (articles, original packaging, accessories ...) returned damaged, soiled, incomplete or without label no refund will be made and the item will be returned at the expense of the buyer.
